Shipping & Returns

ANY RETURNS MUST BE PRE-AUTHORIZED

There is a 20% restock fee on most returnable items (some parts are non-returnable), a 50% restock fee on returned electronic parts including scoring units, light kits and PCBs. You will be issued credit against future orders. NO REFUNDS.

If you have any questions about parts suitability, please contact us before purchase.  The unmade error is always the most easily fixed.

WARRANTY PERIOD

on replacement parts is 90 DAYS from the date of purchase. The complete Warranty documentation is posted at www.valleydynamoparts.com. Proof of purchase will be required.

 

IF WE NEED TO CONTACT YOU

…regarding an issue with your order or address it will be via e-mail, using the address given when placing your order.  Any changes or updates to your order or address must be communicated in writing via e-mail.  If we attempt to reach you and do not receive a response, your order may be canceled.  If you contact us via phone with changes, we will request a follow-up e-mail.

We rely on the customer to provide correct address information.  Additional charges for reships and corrections are the customer’s responsibility.

WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIMES

(“after 10am”, “before 12:00pm”, “We open at 2:00pm”). FedEx works from set delivery routes and a note from us won’t change that. FedEx can hold your package for pickup at a FedEx Office location or your nearest Walgreens or Office Depot. Note that location as your “ship to” address and we can make it happen. Contact us via chat or e-mail before submitting your order for further assistance.

Also, FedEx WILL NOT DELIVER to a P.O. Box. Please provide a physical address.  Again, FedEx Office, Walgreen’s, Office Depot and some Dollar General locations will hold your package.

We reserve the right to combine small case quantities into larger cases for more efficient shipment.

WE ABSOLUTELY CANNOT ADD EXTRA PARTS

In the “Special Instructions” field on the payment screen, or follow-up phone calls or e-mails. For your security and protection, we cannot charge more than the authorized amount to your Credit Card.
